Need Help with Getting more than 1 toon to work

I'm leveling 2 panda monks. Every time I get into combat they stop following each other. I remember when I used to see people multi boxing iwth 6 shaman and they did it easily. Seems hard to imagine they having to press alt F every 2 seconds to keep them following each other.

Also, it's kinda a pain to keep them both facing the same direction.

I've watched all the very helpful videos. I'm just feeling frustrated. Please don't just copy and paste a link bro.

Even a yes/no answers will work.

This is a fact of life in WoW. You can either deal with it automatically using Jamba Strobing (see Lax's link) or manually. I choose to deal with it manually but have changed the hotkey to a thumb button on my mouse so it is very easy to hit that button without moving my hands. It becomes second nature after a while to just hit that button after each combat.
