Specing my New 5 man

I'm pretty new to multiboxing, but I think I have the basics down now. I got a new box that could run 5 accounts on. My interest is strickly pve(with latest patches doesn't look like I have a choice now). I've got plenty of experiance playing Paladins and Shaman and knew that was kinda the default setup when multiboxing first kicked off. My question is how to spec my 4 Shaman. Since the last expansion different specs don't share as many spells so I was not sure if I should go elemental, restro or a mix of both.... suggestions?

Re: Specing my New 5 man

One of them (or more) should dual-spec, likely Resto and Elemental because the gearing is almost the same.
Not saying you cannot go Resto and Enhance, if you don't mind a couple of sets of gear.
Having a Resto, gets you the option of a healer for content where a healer is required.

When content is challenging, the healer will make it much easier.
Placing Earth Shield on the tank, and applying Riptide just prior to the pull is enormous.
Some of the totems, like glyphed Healing Stream or Spirit Link can be really nice for harder stuff.

When the content is easier, because you outgear it some...
You can dual-spec your Resto back to a DPS spec to clear things quicker.

The other three Shaman can dual spec or just stick with one spec.

Elemental keeps you at range.
Enhance has you on the mob.
Either is viable, it comes down to preference.

Elemental stays at range, so you need to watch out for immune/resistance mobs and use the other spell type.
You need to watch out for spell reflect like mechanics.

Enhance is in melee range, so you usually just melee away (with whatever rotation you use).
But you'll be hit by cleaves and point blank effects (positioning behind the mob becomes more important).
You have to deal with the IWT/CTM spam.

Neither approach is superior to the other; they're different flavors... take your pick.
You can even mix them, but its far easier to have one type rather than both.
