Mage macros

I am using CLS, and it works like a charm for most of my team. As most of you know it gets a little tricky when it comes to say, a mage... I was trying to use castsequence macros, and I looked up all of the syntax about them, but I cannot for the life of me come up with a rotation for my levelling fire mage through a castsequence macro, or using the other preset ability macros loaded from CLS. I have tried /castsequence reset=25 Frostfire bolt, fireball, fireball, Inferno blast, Pyroblast but this only casts fireball twice and then does nothing if I continue to spam it. ... Is there something with the abilities frostfire bolt, inferno blast, and pyroblast that limit them from working in a castsequence? Am I doing this completely wrong, or does anyone have a suggestion, or something that has worked for them with a mage in a multi class team where they are not on the mage screen? Thanks in advance!

Re: Mage macros

You could try a priority base, instead of a castsequence.

The abilities/spells with cooldowns should be higher priority, so they're mashed often and cast on cooldown each time.
The abilities that can fire off whenever, should be lower priority, so the specials can fire off when available.

Alternatively, you could chain something that will get stuck.
To limit how often a given ability can fire off.
Not really up to date on mage spells.

You could check out the sticky on dual-boxing, in the macro forum.

Re: Mage macros

Well, the real problem is that it seems to omit certain spells within the /castsequence. It is only casting some of the listed spells, as if it isn't reading some of the names right, but I double checked my spelling. The reason I am using castsequence is because with priority it will only cast whichever of the spells is first, due to them being spells with casting times and no CDs. :/ Booty.
