Will not follow in bgs in 5.2

Slaves will not follow master for me in battlegrounds in 5.2. It worked fine last night. I wonder if anyone else is having this issue, and if you have a solution to it. Thanks in advance.

It was a undocumented change they made, its caused a rather huge shit storm. We can only hope they dont keep this change cause I will be canceling my accounts and getting my money back.

That's a crushing blow to multiboxing.

This will either go one of two ways, they will roll back the change or Blizzard will lose around 30% of their subs cause A lot of low class botters will leave and Multi boxers

I just started multiboxing, buying ISBoxer and WoW up to MoP for all my new accounts and then BOOM, follow removed in BG's

A huge pile of money down the drain.

I very sadly cancelled all my new accounts today.

If they only could have still allowed follow on chars in the party or account *sigh*

They said they're looking into restoring /follow in arena's due to there being "little to no botters" in arena.

Personally, I think it's a stupid change. Botters use waypoints now. I haven't seen a /follow bot in years. Way to screw over MB.

One thing I started noticing in AV was in the big field of strife, you will see a few horde (and I'm sure Alliance) running over on our side. I swear I think these are waypoints bots use now to get into combat as soon as possible. I have attacked some of them and they will not fight back.

Pay attention to this the next time you're in an AV bg. I seen on follow bot the other day that attached itself to me and it was the first one I've seen in a year or so. They don't use this now. Now the big thing for bg bots are druids. You will see them in cat form at the beginning and they will stealth the whole way. Chars on foot are always bots to at the beginning. Follow is a thing of the past and what cracks me up is a multimillion dollar company like Blizzard is just not attacking "follow bots" when they have been gone for a long time.

There are new bots out now with pathing. So I guess we'll see them address this in about 5 years after they've ran their course as well.
The new bot reporting/handling system sucked anyway for multiboxers. I had noticed a huge decline in honor for me in every bg I was on my dk team. I would do more damage in the entire bg than anyone else and we would win, but I would get less honor than Horde did for losing? I told myself, I'm being flagged by an auto system for having this many toons on follow. It made bg's a pain anyway. No sense in being allowed to go back if they are going to nerf our honor anyway.

I joined many of an AV only to spend 45 minutes in it and get 50 honor. I got sick of it anyway. I took some screen shots bug figured the GM's are just clueless kids probably working there while going to college that follow an automated response booklet like the idiots you get when the cable goes out at your house and they want to walk you through a reboot when you know more about computers than they do.

There was a 3 boxer on Horde in AV (I am Alliance) just a few min ago, so I was hoping this may be fixed. Of course, it could've been a bot running 3 instances.
