RAF with battlenet

Hello i just started multiboxing a couple months ago and am fixing to move to a four man team instead of 2. I use inner/isboxer and have two battlenet accounts. I want to put two of my main accounts from on battlenet account as veteran accounts and on the other battlenet account i have open 2 referral accounts. Every post i've read off here and dual boxing says they have had no trouble doing it but what i want to know is can i put the two accounts that i am referring in a battlenet account i already have with an account that has a lvl 72 already on it? Or do you need to open two new battlenet accounts and transfer the toons after the 30 day wait time?

Re: RAF with battlenet

I don't think you need to open new battle.net accounts. I'd try referring trial accounts -- since referring a friend and trials are both free, you lose nothing and verify whether it works. Then you can level up to 20 before adding your CD key or whatever too.

Maybe someone has the answer already, but that's what I'd do to find out without losing anything.

Re: RAF with battlenet

You can refer from one battlenet account to the same battlenet account.
You can also refer from one battlenet account to a different battlenet account.

Since you already have two accounts, you have a few choices.
Let's call the existing accounts A and B.
And the new accounts C and D.

If you want all four of them to have RAF experience, you'll need to link from both A and B.
So you have:
A -- C
B -- D

This set up, requires A/C to be similar level and B/D to also be similar level for RAF to work.
Basically you will not be boosting at all, if you set up this way.
But every 60th leveled on any account will be a 60th on every account.
And A/B will each get a 60th free, for every 2 60th's you level with the four accounts.
Plus 1 month free, when C/D pay for their first month, and the Zhevra mounts etc.

An alternative set up will be like this:
A
B -- C -- D

With this set up, the best booster between both existing accounts is A.
And the other account is B.

A will boost new toons on B/C/D.

For every two 60's boosted, B/C each gain a 60th from granted levels.
And B gains some cascade granted levels from C.

The advantage of setting up this way, is a booster to level with.
Which will result in a lot more 3x 60 groups from RAF.

Not really sure which of the two is better.
It will depend on how many toons you have on A and B.
And what level they are already.

Also on if you're willing to account transfer once the leveling is done.

Re: RAF with battlenet

I will make a test to WoW . For you what could be the best organization for RAF, I plan to make a 5 boxes, starting from scratch.

what could be the better way to be sure to get all benefits from the RAR sytem for the 5 accounts
A to B
A to C
A to D
A to E

or
A to B
A to C
C to D
C to E

or any other combinaison?

My plan anyway is to have 5 battle net accounts

Many Thanks

Re: RAF with battlenet

I thought this post, also by Ualaa, was a really good explanation:
Your links only really affect you in a few ways.

- The parent account gains one month free, when the linked account pays for their first month.
- The parent account gains a Zhevra mount, when the linked account pays for their second month.
- The parent account receives half as many granted levels, as the linked account gains levels.

And:
- Each linked pair receives 3x normal experience for quests/kills when:
a) they face non-grey opponents; and
b) are within 4 levels of each other; and
c) are 59th level or lower.

So if you have one existing account, and are going to five box, you'd be best served with a chain.
A -- B -- C -- D -- E

If you have two existing accounts, and want to five box, then each needs to be linked.
A -- C -- D
B -- E

If you have three existing accounts, we are limited to only five toons in a group. So we go:
A
B -- D
C -- E

If you aren't keeping all of the accounts, then granted levels become more of a concern.
If you're only keeping the one account, link something like this (transfer a toon to Account B).
A -- B
A -- C
A -- D
A -- E
Boost four toons on A, C, D and E, with B. Granted levels go back to A, from everywhere.
And then re-transfer the booster from B back to A.

Lots of ways to set it up, depending on what you are doing/wanting.

Make sure all the battlenet accounts are on your name by the way.
