Account Organization (RaF, Battlenet)

It turns out setting up ISBoxer and actually multiboxing has been much simplier than trying to figure out how to organize my accounts to get the most out of them.

I currenlly have two accounts both under the same Battlenet account. My original goal was to 3 box scenarios and I had a plan. After playing around with ISBoxer I've decided I might as well go with 5 accounts and my plan has gone out the window.

My plan for 3 boxing was use account A to boost and send RaF from account B to new account C. I already have multiple 85's on A and B so it was just a matter of figuring out combinations and leveling a bunch of toons to 80 on B and C.

Do I send a RaF request to the same email on my current battlenet account and then bring the new account under the same battlenet account? I know we can have 8 accounts but I'm not sure if a RaF account can be linked.

Can I then send a RaF from C to D (new account) and then use A to boost B,C,D and even an E ( D RaF to E )? I'm somewhat concerned that leveling 4 toons from the start may overwhelm me and that I won't use the 90 days effectively but the other option seem much more time consuming. I'd like to level multiple teams during the 90 day period so I considered using my 3 boxing plan and repeating it but by the time I got 5 man teams the next expansion would be coming out.

Any advice?

Re: Account Organization (RaF, Battlenet)

To get the RAF benefits, you need:
a) Accounts are directly RAF Linked (if A > B > C, A/B and B/C are directly linked, but A/C are not)
b) Characters from those accounts are grouped
c) They're within +/- 4 levels of each other
d) They're both level 79 or lower
e) The mob/quest is not grey to either toon

If your chain is A > B > C
You could boost with A, leveling B & C.
You could boost with C, leveling A & B.

It doesn't matter if A is level 90, and BC are both level 10.
The BC link is valid, even if the AB link is not.

You could not boost with B...
A/C aren't directly RAF linked.

If you already have ABC...
I'd choose the account that has the most useful boxing toons.
And use that as the booster.
Call that account A, and the other two existing accounts as B and C.
Send an RAF invite from B to D and from C to E.
Boost BCDE with A.
B/D and C/E are both valid RAF links, so you get the bonus experience.

In general, you'd want to go:
A > B > C
A > D > E

And have a good booster on A.

Having two RAF chains, lets both B & D grant levels to A.
If you boost BCDE with A, from 1st to 80th (say Shammies)
And then create a toon (a Shaman) on A, and level is to 2nd.
B can give 39 levels to that Shaman and D can too.
So even though you didn't level a toon on A, with granted levels you get one anyway.

RAF is basically trading cash for time.

If your RAF is screwed up... you have ABC...
It might be worthwhile to keep one of them (or two of them, if you have a lot of toons on two accounts)...
And ditch the other(s).
You can account transfer a character, if its geared enough to matter.

Not sure if you want to go with new accounts or not.
If you go them on special.. it might have been $20 total, not that much of an investment.
If you paid full retail, that's a bit more of an investment.

It's the balance between cash invested and time invested, your choice really.
