Interact with Target

I've followed the "interact with target" video multiple times...

I have the key set up as Alt G as in the tutorial.

When I press ALt G in game... and interact with a NPC quest the quest menu pops up with BUT the cursor doesn't appear on the smaller screens just on my main screen. I end up having to click broadcast to make this work every time I try to talk to a NPC.... and even when trying to loot.... it becomes a pain in the ass.

From your description you have everything set up correctly for Interact with Target.

The cursor is not supposed to appear on the smaller screens as a result of pressing Alt+G, all that does is cause all your characters to Interact with Target. You need to turn on Repeater to get the mouse cursor in the smaller windows. That is what the person in the video is doing. You probably didn't notice because they are so quick at toggling repeater on and off. If you don't like Shift+Alt+R or find that hard to press quickly, you can either change the Hotkey for Repeater to something easier to press a lot or put it on a mouse button, which many people find most convenient.

Another option for quests is using the Jamba addon, which will automatically share quests and accept them on your slaves. It also automatically handles quest turnins where there is no choice of item to be made. This is what I use and it means I rarely have to use Repeater after IWT.

For your looting issue you need to turn on Autoloot for each of your characters in WoW.
