Having a very hard time trying to force character to follow

Hello, I'm trying to force a character to follow someone else in my party (a friend also boxing). Because, I'm running warrior(tank) (master) + hunter(slave) for my db for leveling.
I've tried to set this up through Jamba by adding them to my team, and setting them as the new "follow master" in the follow options of Jamba, but for some reason it doesn't work, at all. I haven't the slightest idea why, and I don't have any idea on how to make Ctrl + f on ISboxer to follow them either.

If you have any suggestions, or any ways to actually achieve this rather than the way i'm trying to ghetto rig it I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
(I know this will all be invalid on Tuesday as hunter minimum range is gone but I'm really trying to understand boxing better, and being able to make melee + range co-exist would be amazing)

Ah, they're making hunters less annoying to play? That sounds nice. ;)

The easiest way to accomplish what you're asking is to set up a macro in the game (or in ISBoxer's WoW Macro Library) to /follow <name>, and make sure it gets assigned a hotkey in the game. Then to follow your friend, you can send that key using Key Remap or Straight Key Broadcast from the Mapped Key Wizard. :)
