[Wow] need help!

Ok ive been dualboxing for a while , im new to isboxer though. i use to dualbox with autohotkey but got sick of scripts and having to control my slave a lil bit too much plus i wanted to try something else.
well my problem is the following , i have two different wow files installed in my computer since i use to run them both for dualboxing. when i run innerspace and load my team both windows pop up usuing the same file and wont let me logging in on my second account. any suggestions on how could i fix this?

With ISBoxer you don't need multiple directories for WoW. ISBoxer automatically keeps track of the different caches, and maintains separate copies for each toon.
