What you do if someone jumps into your set of Characters?

Hi all, im pretty new to all this stuff and tryed it now a few days. MY 5 Shamans set is noch lvl 31. I used quick setup and it workes good till now. But i have a big problem in pvp.

Lets say im staying at a point. A Warrior is approaching me and charging in the middle of ma Characters. In 90% of this 2-3 Characters dont cast on him cause hes "behind" them. How can i fix this?
Another point is what can i do if i get feared? My whole 5man team is way too much off the others to follow.

The answer to both those questions is to use Interact with Target (IWT). See here in the WoW Quick Start Guide.
