ISBoxer trying to delete my character set?

So I just got on the computer, fresh boot. I right clicked on Inner Space, and chose open. I briefly saw the patch window flash up and then disappear. I waited a few moments, then right clicked on ISBoxer and selected Launch my character set. Next I got the window telling me "the correct resolution is...", I then did something I have not done before and checked the box saying, "Don't ask me again until I restart IsBoxer." Nothing happened for 20 seconds or so...then
I got a window saying "Are you sure you want to delete the character set _____________?"

Should I be concerned?

I am posting this here after posting it in chat as there was not a reply and now I am going to try to reboot.

Unless you accidentally clicked more than once (and moved the mouse) or pressed Delete, I'm not really sure how it would go from Launch to Delete. (There is no way in the code for this to happen)
