If you put your mouse over the Innerspace icon in your taskbar (looks like a little red target reticule) it will show the date your subscription expires. You may need to exit Innerspace (right-click taskbar icon and select 'Exit') and restart it so it logs into the Lavishsoft server again.
Innerspace doesn't use a standard installer. You can remove it by deleting the installation directory, C:\Programs\Innerspace or something similar. FYI, if you are on Windows Vista or Window 7, you are better off installing it into C:\Users\Public\Games\Innerspace than C:\Programs (x86)\Innerspace because the directory permissions can cause issues during updates.
