Patch Required

I am currently running 2 man teams on a single computer.
I am unable to run my teams since wow's tuesday patch. My regular game has been patched and works fine.
I have tried to fix this by running my team(s) and allowing the patch to load. It then tells me

'Patch Required
Press the restart button below to exit WoW and download the patch."

The restart never occurs, the patch never occurs.
Each time I log into a team I get the update downloading again. Vicious cycle.
I thought perhaps loading the game from InnerSpace might work better as therewould be only one update.
This made no difference at all, exact same vicious cycle.
I have searched the forums, the wiki and tried the chat rooms all to no avail.
I have also uninstalled/re-installed the software , reinstalling to C:\InnerSpace, thereby having to create all new character sets, so all setups are new and have been exported to IS succesfully.

My second problem, not connected to the first, is that I can't find any info on addons while in a team. I get the ISBoxer addon but all others are eliminated. Again I have searched the forums, help and the wiki and can't find anything that tells me how to get these addons active inside ISboxer.

I am running Win7 64bit OS, I7 core processor, 12 gig ddr3, and Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 TI with 1 gig ddr5 onboard memory.

Sounds like you have multiple World of Warcraft folders and may not be aware of it (or may not be aware that Inner Space is launching "the other one").

You can see which one Inner Space is launching through the main Inner Space Console. Follow the link for info and a screenshot that demonstrates what I'm talking about. Open the Console, launch your team, and it'll say which WoW it's launching. You'll either want to change which WoW it's launching (e.g. see Multiple game folders), or make sure to patch that one by running the launcher in that folder.

Had some other little bugs but was able to work those out. I must have gotten the duplicate Game files when I downloaded from Blizz. I was totally unaware they were there. That also took care of my addon issue.
