Broadcast and keymap bindings not working

My repeater(shift+alt+r) and keymap (shift+alt+m) bindings are not working at all, and I checked under the ISBoxer config that they are still bound to default. Any ideas?

Turns out I was exactly right in my response on the last thread... http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=7771#p7771

Your "Ele Shams" Character Set does not have the Control key map assigned, and therefore those toggles will not work, the click bar will not work, follow with Alt+F will not work, etc.

To correct the issue:
1. In the top left pane, under Character Sets, select "Ele Shams"
2. In the bottom left pane, under Key Maps, observe that it shows General, FTL DPS Keys, and WoW Key Bindings. Control is missing.
3. In the top left pane, under Key Maps, drag "Control" (do not select it, just hold the mouse button and drag), into the bottom left pane. After dragging, Control will be listed next to the others for your Character Set.
4. Export to Inner Space
