OK, it says in the bottom of the output when you log the character in..
This means the character for the slot is not the expected character, so in the Macro setup which executes /follow Firsttwo will be executed on character Firsttwo. Which is a bit pointless as Following yourself doesn't do much (it actually stops you following whomever you are following).
So, you have logged the wrong character (well account really) into the wrong slot. You need to make sure when the games are loading you log into the correct account for a given game window. You can usually tell which account is required where either by the startup being sequential (when using a launcher) so the order they start is the order they are in the Character Set. Or if it is direct client launch so all the game clients come up together, then check the Window title so you can load the correct account for a given game.
