You may need to run this in game to get the macros to work.
Seems much be broken with Blizzard's latest patch.

Nothing is supposed to visibly happen. But if you have ActionButtonUseKeyDown set to 1, "/click" and ISBoxer's macros won't work. Setting it to 0 by pasting that line should make them work, if that was the issue.

If not, perhaps that's not the issue. Did you make sure ISBoxer Addon is enabled?
