You can do this as altbob indicated:

Right click Inner Space in the tray, select Patcher, select the Development tab, then the Install Now button.

If the Patcher window does not say the current development build is 6813 (or later), you should click "Check for Updates" or restart Inner Space.

You have not installed the development build, as per the instructions given multiple times in this thread.
