Please help me to build a computer for 8-16 accounts multi

Hi guys, i have been doing multibox with 4 accounts with a normal computer but now I want a new computer where i can use 8 accounts and another one to multibox with 16 accounts but I not good at all about hardware with multibox so Can someone please help me with this?

What computer do I need to 8 multibox accounts
What computer do I need to 16 multibox accounts

Hello, I run 10accs on Ryzen 7 GTX 580 32gb RAM Power supply should be 700+ m2 hard disc making things alot faster.
For 16+ accs I quess you will just need 64+ RAM GPU 2080+ Power supply ~1000+
