Is Draenor a decent leveling spot for multiboxers?

I picked Draenor as my Chromie Time leveling spot. It was good at first (intro quests), but as soon as I got to my garrison, all my characters got phased (so follow/assist doesn't work). Then the followup quest had them phased too, which kind of takes the point out of multiboxing imo.

Is this going to be a common occurrence throughout leveling in Draenor? Ie, should I switch to a more boxer-frieldly Chromie Timeline if I want to multibox?
Or is this going to become less of an issue once I get past those particular quests?

In the meantime, I've been leveling by looting treasures and doing bonus objectives. That's decent enough exp, but I was actually hoping to experience the Draenor leveling as I quit only a couple months into that Expac. Now thinking maybe I should just do it regular style (not boxing).

What's your experience been with Draenor Multibox leveling?
