system problem with 16 character set

Hi. i have a problem with adding my 16nd character to my old 15 set !!! with 15 my cpu uses are around 50 60% when i add 1more it goes to above 90% and reaches 100 i seted maximum fps for background on 18 and main one on 25 and cpu % droped to around 70% but still i have freezing problem with 16 character!!
my cpu Ryzen 7 3800x
ram 64gb 3200mhz
gpu 2070 super
power gp850b ocpt
what is the problem!!? pls help me

You need to monitor all the resources in use. It is possible that high usage of other resources result in high CPU usage.
