WoW major versions tend to come with heftier requirements, so chances are you could be hitting that.
However, computer ram is funny. An out of memory error can happen, even though you have available memory. What it means is that a chunk was asked for, but there were no chunks available of that size or bigger. This is fragmentation, and happens if you have programs that make lots of little allocations and release them. InnerSpace/ISBoxer does not do this.
So, you may have some sleuthing to do.
First thing to do would be to disable pretty much every other addon, other than the ISBoxer addon. See if you still get the issue.
Perhaps look at other software that is running, especially those which have overlays.
Any Antivirus/Security software will do a lot of allocations when loading things, so space out the loading a bit.
Usually, after the launch process, the game can take a few minutes to settle down, so wait, and then relaunch the team (leaving the loaded games up), and let ISBoxer attempt to fill in missing games.
