Updated -- Using 2 Groups ingame interact w/ target no work
I was able to fix the issue with the auto assist by deleting the character set I was using and switching out characters in the first character set I created. So, I guess I messed up somewhere when creating that new character set.
However, I still have the issue with Interact with target. It works fine if I only use 5 characters all in one group in game. However, it stops working partly when I do two groups of four ingame. The first group loots but the second doesn't. I can't even get them to loot when I try the command from the party leader of that group.

Would like to start off by saying ISBoxer has been awesome so far, great job!
I tried it out with a 5 man group on WoW and it worked great. However, I started two teams of hunters. 2 groups made up of 4 each. The follow seems to be working now but I am still having issues with the auto assist. When I attack only the one I am driving attacks and the others just tell me they don't have a target, and one sometimes just doesn't do anything.
The other issue is that they are not interacting with my target either.
Here are my current settings. The group is the hunters group
