Issue with Constant Mounting

My 4th slave is constantly mounting up. I have verified keybindings in isboxer and exported it to lavish. When I hit my follow button Alt+f or another keybind Scroll Lock, or number 1 it just mounts that character up and he doesn't follow me. I have had to make a follow keybind for my slaves to master just to get him to follow. the pain is when I want to do certain things it takes longer. Can someone explain how to fix this problem with the slave?

I have done further investigation. This only occures on one character any only one character. I have re-installed ISboxer and lavish to make sure I wiped everything out. Please advise.

Please close this post, the issue was the addon was not enabled on all characters.
