Just bought ISBox today and cant get Classic WoW to work

Finally took the plunge after 20+ years of online gaming to see what multi-boxing is all about. I played around with 2 WoW Classic accounts running at the same time on one PC. I could power level my toons manually duel boxing but I wanted to see how software could assist and improve the experience. Hence, my purchase of ISBox today. I spent all day trying to get target assist to function. I scoured these forums, followed all troubleshooting guides, played any related video to no avail. This is my final attempt at support via these forums.

How far did I get with ISBox?
I can launch my team and get follow Alt+F to work no problem from both toon's perspective. However, when I try to create an assist broadcast hot key that simply initiates combat on a target? The message never makes it to my slave. I am inserting a link of my configuration.

I don't want to give up just yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

High overview of troubleshooting today:
Cleared and ran wizard about 10x's
Re-installed software package.
Removed all addon's from WoW with only ISBox running on both accounts and EMA-Classic
Turned off key mapping and reset both account keybinds to defualt. Turned Key Mapping back on. Broadcast off.
Chose WoW options in Quick Wizard.
Entered in all the FTL combo's into WoW keybind blank spots just to ensure there were not conflicts. Did it for up to 5 characters.

Went through some excellent guides and followed all steps. I just cant figure it out.

The first question is whether Assist is working at all. i.e. if you press ALT+A, does the second toon take the target of the first.

If not, then you are down to the basic troubleshooting already.
1. Have you exported.
2. Have you done a /reload in game (the ISBoxer Addon will print out any conflicts if it can spot them).
3. Test the Assist macro from each toons perspective, i.e. on the toon in Slot2, you press LEFTSHIFT+Backspace to assist slot 1, and from slot1, you press RIGHTSHIFT+Backspace to assist slot 2.

If 3 doesn't work, then there is probably a conflicting bind, which most of the time will appear in item 2, provided it is not another addon, or the ISBoxer Addon is not loaded on all toons.
If 1 doesn't work after 3 and 2 work, then you probably just need a reboot (well, exit all games and InnerSpace and reload them all - reboot just is the icing). Your profile all looks correct to me, and with Key Maps on, Broadcasting disabled, the ISBoxer Addon enabled on all toons, then ALT+A, ALT+F, SHIFT+ALT+I, and the 1 to = keys should all be working.
