Ive set G in-game and ISboxer for interact with target.

When I hit G, it works fine.

Problem starts when i click any other spells in combat they start running to that target even though i do not press G.

I have a range class, not melee I don't want them to run to a target when i am not hitting the G key.

What is causing this?

You enabled "Auto-Interact" on the final step of the Wizard, which sends IWT along with your standard Mapped Keys. If you don't want this behavior, then un-assign the Mapped Key, in the right-hand column, from the "Auto-Interact with Target" entry, found on the Virtual Mapped Keys tab of your Character Set.
