Update Issue - Primary Mouse button for left handed mouse

I use my mouse left handed. The primary mouse button is the right button.

After updating WoW Classic and/or ISBoxer, when I play WoW classic in ISBoxer, the primary mouse button is the left one. When I play directly using the WoW launcher, the primary button is the right one, which is what I want.

I removed all addons, deleted the WTF directory and re-installed ISBoxer. This did not fix the problem.

Please assist.

hello i have the exact same problem. use isboxer a while and today after a wow upgrade and a inner space manuel search for a update every time i start the wow client over the tool my mouse buttens are reversed.
only if a start the game nomal without any tool my mouse seems to be normal.

need help pls
