Is Jamba still needed? Is there a version for classic?

Returning to multibox and having an issue with second account accepting and turning in quests. Everything else seems to be working fine using my old shaman setup in classic. Can I fix this without Jamba?

EMA and EMA-Classic are the successors to Jamba, use the approprite one please.
