i do have directx 11 not 9 does that make a differene i also turned off scaling no difference

If you have DX 11 that means you have every prior version as well.

What MiRai said. Did you try my link, or not? Even in Direct3D11 mode -- which everyone who has Windows 7 has D3D11, including myself on nearly every PC and laptop I own -- Inner Space is using a piece from Direct3D9 to render the text.

tried on my xp machine its all fuzzy too is there a resolution requirment also set up video source and viewer so i could see mining from alternate it worked except picture fuzzy the region in a region was sharp and clear any ideas have tried all the suggestions so far without result thanks for help so far

i noticed outside of window crisp inside where application is is where its blurry maybe it the uplink program itself can graphic setting be tweaked also tried on different monitors and a laptop the laptop was clear 2 different monitors 3 different computers 2 different operating systems and 2 different direct x versions something weird here updated driver didnt work turned off scaling set fonts to normal tried different hrz settings on computer for monitor

went into intel graphics control panel set 3d to quality vs speed fixed it thanks though

That is... good to know and that would have never been on my list of things to check. Glad it's all sorted out.
