Addon out of date

I have not been able to find how to up date ISBOXER ( in wow interface/ addons it says that ISBOXER is "out of Date" I find this site is rather hard to find anything on! Isn't there a way to contact anyone for help other than the forums? I would think when you PAY for service you get something when you need help!

Hi Mr. Grumpy. The ISBoxer Addon is generated when you Export to Inner Space from ISBoxer. ISBoxer 37 Minor update #1 updated the ISBoxer Addon for WoW 4.0.1, this was released on October 12th.

All anyone should have to do to have the latest version of the WoW Addon is as follows:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of ISBoxer. To do so, just close and restart ISBoxer. If you don't get a window that pops up saying there's a new version, you are very likely using the latest version. Regardless, a fresh download of ISBoxer is guaranteed to be the latest version.
2. Export to Inner Space. This will generate the WoW Addon in each WoW folder that ISBoxer Characters are assigned to.

I'm surprised to see anyone posting this, actually. I googled for ISBoxer Addon out of date, and it brings up the following thread:

As far as contacting someone for help, the quickest way to get a response is usually to come into the ISBoxer Chat Room, which is available both directly from the ISBoxer software (click the link at the bottom where it says the chat room has x number of chatters), or from the isboxer.com web site in the main site navigation, directly below the Forums. I am usually there and if not, there's usually about 40 other people who might have been able to help you with this
