Why can I not right click?

I usually use the mouse to move (holding down the left and right mouse buttons). I also use the right mouse button to loot. However in ISboxer I am having to hold Shift in order to right click. can someone help me out? I just installed the program so please make any explanation super noob friendly. Thanks!

If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say that you've set Mouse2 to be a Hotkey in ISBoxer, but sharing your profile will likely get us closer to the answer.

Resolved in the chatroom -- Mouse2 was bound to a Mapped Key.
