Unable to launch new team since update?

Howdy =)

I've just created two new characters to play with, and set up a new team for them in IS. Running the latest build (5318) and everything is up-to-date otherwise.

When I attempt to launch the two new guys, it launches one instance of WoW and then ISBoxer seems to just go to sleep. Nothing happens.
It launches WoW centered on-screen like it should, but does not resize the window as it usually does (and obviously never continues to launch a second instance after that).

I'm getting no error messages except after a couple of minutes it says it cannot launch, see below:

This has never happened prior to today, I'm a bit stumped. Tried re-creating the team, rebooting and so on.

What's puzzling is that all my other teams work just fine! I have six other teams that I've played for months now, and I can launch them just fine.

Any idea what's going on? What does ISB mean by "Select again to continue launching additional slots." ?
I tried launching the team again while the first WoW instance was open, and all that happens is that it attempts to launch the first character again, and then nothing further happens.

Do you have WoW set up to be in Direct3D11 mode when you play solo? It sounds like the Config.WTF file might have it set to Direct3D11, and ISBoxer isn't set up to recognize that yet (it should ask to fix it like it does for other config.wtf issues). When you launch a NEW team, it has to generate new virtual Config.WTF files for any new characters, and it's going to do that based on the normal Config.WTF.

Inner Space doesn't currently support Direct3D11, and if it launches a game in D3D11 mode it will do exactly what you're saying -- it will look and act as though Inner Space isn't touching the game at all.

"Select again to continue launching additional slots." is for when a game is simply taking so long to launch that ISBoxer times out waiting for it and opts to let you manually continue launching the team. The message is pretty useless in this case, since the game is already launched but without Inner Space activated.
