Repeater and Broadcast Malfunction After ISBoxer Patch

After updating isboxer, and restarting it a few times, anywhere I left click, indexes the stacked windows. I previously had the indexing keyed to "Ctrl+`", if that info helps any.
I tried a couple other teams and they are ok, so it must just be a glitch in one of my teams, I'll redo it and see if things work better
