Strange issue - no idea where to start

Been using ISBoxer for quite a while now - recently came back from an ~8 month break to try some shamans in MOP. Everything is working great except - randomly - ISboxer will just stop working flat out with one of the clients in the foreground. Keymap/repeater toggles don't respond (however, mouse broadcast regions still work) - the end result being that client is isolated from the rest. The affected client will respond to commands from another client, however. If I launch the ISboxer configuration utility and re-export the config, it works again. I have no idea where to even start looking to diagnose this problem, but hoping someone has seen something similar to this so I have something to look for. I'm sure it's some key combo I'm inadvertently hitting as it mostly happens during intense PvP or instance fights.

If you haven't done so since coming back:
1. Update ISBoxer to the very latest build. you can make sure you're on the latest via the Help menu, select "About ISBoxer Toolkit" and it should provide an update link. The current version is 40.4.0928.1.

Everything is updated to the latest revision. Is there a default key bind that removes a toon/client from sending/receiving keystrokes? This is almost what it seems like.

Well I discovered what was causing it - I have ; and ' bound to weapon embues. If I hit ; - the client stops working - no idea why either.
