Your issue is likely the same that many people want to be able to do with templates, the major issue is that yours is small and it has to be in a more specific place than blizzard, rain of fire, etc. I am wondering how you handle barrage, i am guessing you omit it as a spell option, if that's the case hopefully we can fix that.
I have a small area on my mains screen, in my case its my tank, on yours its the healer, where I have a 25x25 kgpanel (an addon that just makes do nothing ui elements, they look like chat boxes without any text in them) that is tinted maroon. Its offset up and to the right of the character at the SetView(5). All my dps template characters have the same block on that same area. This area is a mouse broadcasting area for all those dps template characters. I like the kgpanel as it is sort of a way mentally getting them lined up. So in the end, when i click that box all my slaves click their their screen where that box is. When I down key a key combo, they click that area and then the up key they release the key, when i mouse 4 that area all of them right click that same area, etc.
The area isn't actually the same (xy) coordinates as my main's window, as the slaves are not the same res and the dps template characters stand at a much different places than my tank. On the main its basically a button that causes the dps template characters to click their maroon area.
There are quite a few ways to perform this in isboxer, you can even have the video from the hunters for that area, round robin that area, etc. I first used this in hotkeynet and basically didnt do things the isboxer way I think people would say.
There is a video made on how to do Druid aoe templates (hurricane), while this is similar (likely help for your barrage) it might not be what you want for your traps, especially if you want a 'spread' of traps that area side by side or similar and your healer likely isnt lined up where the hunters are, so you will always be compensating for the other screens and so forth. I just do the offsets with the assumptions that my characters are always setup first and don't do relative coordinate click with the main.
I use similar kgpanel area for the characters to click city portals, use items like bg flags, use quest items ... I basically get accustomed to having driving the slaves and having them orientated with that panel lined up.
