Changing location of WoW.exe called

I'm trying out ISBoxer and liking so far over the alternatives I've used. However, I'm running into a problem with having to activate and deactivate addons depending on whether I want to run a character in a group via this software package or soloing with them. To get around this I want to create a second World of Warcraft directory with just the addons and configurations I need for multiboxing installs. How do I modify the executable path used by InnerSpace to point to this second installation?
Yes, this solution requires more disk space and patching to work, but it makes switching between characters and play modes much simpler.

Aces. That worked after a bit of fiddling with shortcuts to let me patch the two installs independently. Thank you for your assistance.
