alt + tab = Some random and strange behavior

Occasionally if I switch to a different program (such as firefox) while leaving my characters running, when I switch back to my main a strange behavior occurs.

For example, less then 20 minutes I switched to firefox. When i switched back, click to move had somehow mysteriously been turned on, when I did not touch lavasoft or ISboxer. I don't have any in game macros to turn on click to move. I don't know of any hotkey to turn on click to move (via ISboxer). When I switched back to WoW, I left clicked on my main's window. For that matter, sometimes it isn't click to move. Sometimes my graphic settings somehow suddenly change the same way click to move mysteriously turns on.

Other times I've left clicked back onto the master's window... and then the slaves instantly autorun away from me.

Other times my main's window 'disappears'. It's still there but I can't see anything on that window. I have to click on one of the slave's window before everything instantly goes back to normal.

Re: alt + tab = Some random and strange behavior

Well, this is going to be difficult to answer because you don't have any Mapped Key or keystroke configured to happen when you switch windows, according to your pasted configuration.

I also don't see any wow macros in your configuration that could change graphics options, so I couldn't possibly tell you how those would change. Click to Move has a WoW macro configured on Shift+Alt+N to turn it on, and Ctrl+Alt+N to turn it off. But there's nothing in your config that uses it.

Other times I've left clicked back onto the master's window... and then the slaves instantly autorun away from me.

Uhh... is it possible that you inadvertently got Click to Move enabled, and also inadvertently left Repeater enabled in the main window? Or are they really auto-running?

Other times my main's window 'disappears'. It's still there but I can't see anything on that window. I have to click on one of the slave's window before everything instantly goes back to normal.

Disappears as in you have a black screen or disappears as in it is probably behind whatever window is currently on your main screen? It's entirely possible for there to be a bug where it doesn't move out of the main region in some specific case... (easily worked around by switching windows again, as you've identified)

The rest of what's happening doesn't sound like anything ISBoxer is capable of doing, nothing should happen when you switch into a window because you don't have anything configured to happen.

I keep click to move turned OFF. Click to move really messes things up for me when it's turned on, thus, I leave it off. Repeater is always off unless I can't avoid it. yes, the slaves really do end up auto-running away from my main.

This issue happens most of the time when I switch to a different window, such as firefox and windows media player, then switch back by single clicking my master's window.

Anyways, this might not be an issue anymore. I hope I fixed it by checking the "Do not load this mapped key when the key map is loaded" box in the click to move on thingy in iSboxer. This issue was occurring even when I know for a fact click to move was turned OFF.

I've got three monitors I'm using. My slaves use the left and right window, and my master uses the middle monitor. When this bug occurs, I can see my slave's window without any problems; they are unaffected. I can't see anything in my master's window. If I perform an action with keybindings and repeater turned off, such as clicking on the hotkey to get onto a mount, I can see this action being performed if I look at one of my slave's window. I, however, can't see this action being performed in my master's window. The master's window is completely blank. I can, however, see the desktop. Next time it occurs I'll grab a screenshot of it.
This bug occurs even if window's aero is turned on or off.
