Extreme Latency after Best Buy updated my computer

Best Buy did a "tune up" on my computer. I just got it back and I am experiencing EXTREME LATENCY when playing my 5-man team. No Latency when just one client is playing.

Last time this happened Geoforce Experience was installed on my machine and that seemed to conflict with having 5 windows open. Deleting Geoforce Experience fixed the issue.

I am not sure what they did this time. Attached screenshot shows the programs installed/updated by them. I am not certain if I already had some of them and they updated them or they are brand new. Do you think it could be something on the list? Something else?
