Recently began such a bullshit.
I have 5 accounts, when I try to log in to the fourth or fifth account, a message about a suspicious login appears and the account is automatically blocked.
I'm trying to log in on the site battle.net, and the system asks me to enter a code from an email in the mail. I enter the code and log in to the site, everything is OK. Trying to log in to the game via the app battle.net - everything is OK.
Again I try to log in to the game via ISboxer - and again there is a message about suspicious login and automatic blocking.
I tried changing my password on my account , but it didn't help.
Reinstalled the game client - did not help.
Completely reinstalling ISboxer & inner space didn't help.
The screenshot shows the error wow51900314. I have already written to Blizzard support for this error, but they replied "the system is automatic and self-learning. Apparently you used a different entry point or another computer, after several logins, the system will recognize your computer and this problem will not occur, but in the meantime, we recommend installing the Blizzard authenticator"
I haven't changed my Ip address or computer since I registered my accounts, but I followed the advice and installed an authenticator. This helped, but after 2 days, the system again suspected a suspicious login and automatically blocked all accounts, I again wrote to support that the problem was repeated, but the support surprised me by answering "we have checked and consider the measures taken relevant" What does this mean? How can auto-blocking be relevant, I asked? And I was again answered "This request has already been reviewed, and there will be no review".
So I got a ban on 5 accounts, although I barely managed to get up to 10 LVL
Now history repeats itself again. I registered new accounts and got 25 LVL already. The login problem also started with the fourth account (the isboxer window).
I don't know what to do, but I think the problem is with the config of 4 and 5 slots when running via ISboxer, since via the app battle.net on accounts goes and can be play. Please tell me what to do.
