When I run the Wizard some characters show up more than once

I had a problem that resulted in 2 of my WOW accounts being moved to a different Battlenet account. The characters on those accounts are showing up twice. Is there a way I can purge and rebuilt the list?

Assuming you're talking about the characters that are showing up when using the Quick Setup Wizard? If so, ISBoxer reads that information straight out of your \WTF\Account\ folder, so if you want to remove characters from that list, then delete their folders out of your account folder.
