Lax ive tried following your steps maybe im an idiot but the only way i could get it to run 32bit my self was deleting the wow-64

The only way to get WoW to not run WoW-64.exe is to delete or rename wow-64.exe. Inner Space no longer blocks it since 64-bit is now supported.
