New to Multibox with questions

Just installed the basic setup and i have to say i just love it. I just had a few quick questions that hopefully i can get an answer on.
Im running a 2 toon set; lock and shammy
lock is gonna be my main driver

1) I want my shammy to start dropping totems either before/during fight and continue to assist but im taking on multiple mobs and for some reason the setup i have now keeps having him recast the totems using the actionbar lol
2) Is is possible to use a shift+click mouse command when looting that will make the slave do this as well? basically so i can still loot from the driver screen but the slave will pick up the quest items.
3) Should i be using /cast sequence macros on the action bars of both toons to help make the slave a bit more assist happy. only reason i ask is because currently im having issues with getting slave to cast spells while master is casting spells

sorry if i dont make sense. like i said im new to this but wanna give it a go ;)

wish i could find a ISBoxer + WoW for dummies! lol

Re: New to Multibox with questions

Eventually, a shammy will get Call of Ancestors, Call of Elements and Call of something else.
These are the: drop 4 totems at once spells.
Even before then, you can create a macro inside of warcraft (a castsequence) to drop the four desired totems.

Just create a mapped key in isboxer.
Whatever hotkey; the keybind for the wow macro works.
And have it only send that key combination to the shaman's screen.

If you have click to move on (interface - mouse options).
And have a keybind for Interact With Target (Keybinds - Targeting Options).
Then your IWT key, should have both toons move to the target and interact with it.
In the case of a corpse, this is to loot it.

You could easily create a mapped key, with Shift Left-Click as the hotkey.
Which sends your IWT keybind to one or both of your wow instances.

A click castsequence will be the way to go eventually for your dps.
That way, you can spam a single button and have each of your toons cast the next spell in your sequence of spells.
And as the spell expires (dots, etc), or as the recast delay ends, the spell can be recast.

If what you're doing works, then stick with it for now.
But definitely take a look at click castsequences, as they can help out a ton.
Jafula has a sticky post in the macro forum, on www.dual-boxing.com and the first post has a link to the wiki with click sequences.
