49. GTLite.exe - Process ID: 8204 (C:\Program Files (x86)\GameTracker\GTLite.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.5.0] [ClanServers Hosting LLC] [GameTracker Lite]
50. GyStation.exe - Process ID: 11160 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gyazo\GyStation.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [3.3.9.0] [Nota Inc.] [GyStation]

84. MSI_Driver_Service.exe - Process ID: 3240 (C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI OC Kit\Driver_Service\MSI_Driver_Service.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.0.0.8] [MSI] [MSIDriverService]
85. MsiGamingOSD_x64.exe - Process ID: 6536 (C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Gaming APP\OSD\x64\MsiGamingOSD_x64.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [1.0.0.05] [Micro-Star INT'L CO., LTD.] [MsiGamingOSD_x64]

I would suggest shutting it down in this order and then testing after each: MSI Stuff > GameTracker > Razer Stuff > Misc > AVG. Ensure the processes don't auto-restart themselves after you kill them. If they do, then they should be temporarily uninstalled to test, and in the case of the anti-virus, it will need to be uninstalled (and your system restarted) to test, if you get to that point.

If after all of that has been cleared out and you're still seeing the issue, we will need to see a fresh diagnostic.
