second pc won't launch character set

So I've attempted to multibox with 2 pc's. The setup guide pretty much went without a hitch. When enabling incoming connections on port box I opened port 10101 on both PC's ( as well as opened both 10101 and 10102 on my router) and when I added computers my main recognized my other pc, no problem. So I added the "also launch" the other PC's character set when my main PC's character set is launched without a hitch as well. However, when I launch my main PC's character set both characters launch (on main PC) but nothing happens on my other PC. My configuration is here: http://www.privatepaste.com/183f766e52. I know I have to be overlooking something but for the life of me I just can't figure out what. Thanks in advance.

Ok upon reading this thread viewtopic.php?f=36&t=1667 I realized in the IS configuration the uplink name was the same name as the main PC's. So I went ahead and changed it to its own name and did so on ISBoxer as well. Reloaded IS and tried to launch but still didn't work. My new config: http://www.privatepaste.com/5d5ae4b9e7.
