[WoW] Question on VideoFX and Ground AoE

Just got round to watching MiRai's video on this, my question is about this point in the video (2:44)

I'm running a Warrior, Priest and 3 Mages and I would like to see the VFX of only the 3rd character which is my first mage. Just wondering how I would only see his VFX instead of seeing all 3 of my mages VFX.

It's all about the target.
You could try multiple Next Click actions. One with the off targets, another with the toon you want the VFX feed from. I'm not 100% it will work, but it may do.

I've tried that but the mouse would only track on one mage (the first mage in order of the step action) instead of all 3.

Just so we're on the same page, is this what you meant in your post?

I've also tried setting up an AoE ATG but it had the same results if I remember correctly, I'm new to ATGs though so could of set it up wrong.

Also out of curiosity. Is Next Click the only way you can track the mouse curser with VFX?
