Cant see 'apply' button in videoFX editor

I feel like there is a simple answer for this, but I cant seem to find it.

I am trying to create a videoFX viewer with Repeater Pass-thru on a small region. I cant seem to manipulate the Video FX Editor so that the Apply button shows up and I can click on it.

My Window Map looks like this http://i.imgur.com/4UC62p9.png and I am triyng to make the VideoFX viewer in Region 3.


Let me know what you guys think! I am at a loss.

Can you drag the dialogue box upwards, so you can see its' bottom portion?
