dxnothing/video FX in 3840x2160

I have 4 eve clients all running in 3840x2160.
The dxnothing region is working, but it is not in 4k. Its "size" is 3840x2160 but its resolution is not - as in items are using more realestate than they should.
Please help!

I guess you might have to be more specific as to what you mean by "Its "size" is 3840x2160 but its resolution is not" because your Window Layout shows that it should be working as intended.
If you're using any sort of DPI/Display scaling in the Windows Control Panel this can easily mess with your Window Layout -- It should be set to 100%.
