Mouse pointer is in wrong position

While playing rift solo, the mouse pointer acts normal. But when I start my 5 man team, the mouse pointer is not clicking the correct "cells" on the screen. With or without Mouse broadcasting, and on Master or slave windows. I have to click about an inch below the item I want to click.
WOW is fine, its just when im boxing RIFT.

I have tried multiple "window layouts" for my 5 man team and the mouse pointer is off on all of them.

Ran into the same problem when I got setup, found the answer in this thread over on dual-boxing.com

Known Issues
-Isboxer by default puts a WindowedMode=2 in the default cfg files that it creates. These need to be updated to 0 and saved before launching Glyph. ISBoxer will prompt you to update this, don't fall for it.
