Inner Space build 6031 solves this issue! This is currently the development build of Inner Space. To try it out, right click IS in the system tray (notification area) and select Patcher, tick "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up.

Let me know how it goes :)
Very cool and thanks! I tried to launch DDO but it doesn't seem to be working but it could be because my Inner Space isn't updateing. I already had the check box checked and restarted InnerSpace a few times but it seems like I may be stuck on InnerSpace v1.13 Build 6030 instead of v1.13 TBA... I can see the release notes and the files to be patched but it doesn't seem to be patching them. That or it just still says 6030 and then isn't working.
OK after more troubleshooting it looks like it is fixed.

In short I was going to reboot to test further but had lots of things running so I figured I would try a few things and then reboot if necessary and report back. The following are the things I remember doing and I am not sure which one(s) got it to work but will put my best guess on each just in case others have similar issues:

- Turning off Windows Firewall did not appear to fix it;
- Turning off MSI Afterburner did not appear to fix it (that was the only new program that I could think of that I had installed lately);
- Going through TaskManager and killing the old Turbine processes appeared to resolve it;
- Going through TaskManager and killing the Alkalie (sp?) processes may or may not have helped;

Anyway, not sure which one(s) fixed the issue for sure but after doing the above and closing/opening InnerSpace it patched up and could launch DDO.

Thanks again...

It was most likely an Inner Space session preventing it from patching. If you have that issue again in the future, you can open up the main Inner Space console -- right click IS and select Console -- and put in "sessions" with no quotes. This will list the active processes like so:
Inner Space sessions
------------------
is50 - PID 10560 - D:\Games\Dungeons & Dragons Online\TurbineLauncher.exe
1 sessions

First is the IS session name (you're used to seeing that as is1, is2, etc), then the Windows Process ID if you want to find it in Task Manager, and then obviously the full executable filename. You can also terminate any of those processes using the Console, using the kill command, like.. kill <name using quotes if it has spaces>. In this case it would be kill is50
