New build advice

Looking for some advice on a new machine I'm building. Any thoughts? I have run a 780ti for almost 6 years now and its been great but can no longer run my 10 man setup across both monitors smoothly. Looking to be able to run 10 man wow across my two 2540 displays with solid settings (4 or 5 at a min). Just not sure if this will accomplish that. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Some thoughts:

-I have run 10 man wow with my 8gb DDR3, GTX980 build just fine. The strongest knob you can turn to increase performance is to limit the FPS of the windows that are not in focus. I have this setting to 10 FPS and the main window still gets 60.

-I would get at least one m.2 drive instead of 2.5" SSDs. They are way better in every way and it's crazy that a $4k build doesnt include one.

-Hyper 212 is welfare tier air cooling. It is good for the price but doesn't fit in this build. If you want to stick with air why not find another $50 and get a Noctua?

-RTX3080 TI is likely coming this year, I am personally waiting for it.
