You posted this in the multiboxing hardware section and didn't mention what game you're playing, so ... if you're looking for hardware to replace, upgrade your ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series video card.

Otherwise you want to lower your GPU usage. There are several ways to do this, as outlined in the HOWTO: Tweak your framerate guide. Usually the easiest thing to do is find the game's video options and start lowering things that are set to high quality, e.g. change high quality textures to low quality textures; same for shadows, multisampling/antialiasing, etc.
